Salisbury
Your first stop of the day will be the historical town of Salisbury, which boasts one of the finest Gothic cathedrals in Britain. This stunning piece of architecture, depicted many a time by painter John Constable, has had the tallest church spire in the UK since 1549! Marvel at this iconic site on Christmas Day.
Stonehenge
Your coach will be driving past the ancient monument of Stonehenge. Situated on Salisbury Plain, this ring of standing stones makes for a formidable skyline. Abundance of theories surround Stonehenge – from the possibility of it being a religious temple to an astronomical clock and even a Bronze Age burial ground, it's a mystery that to this day continues to fascinate the world.
Traditional Christmas lunch
Take a break and tuck into a traditional (and delicious) three-course Christmas lunch! Complete with all the trimmings, your meal will include a glass of wine and a choice of either tea or coffee.
Bath
Discover Bath - known as one of the most beautiful cities in the UK. The picturesque city is filled with Georgian architecture is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Brimming with history and culture, Bath is a city to be explored.
Windsor
The last stop of the day will be a walking tour of the lovely market town of Windsor. Known for being home to one of King Charles III favourite residences, Windsor is a quintessentially British location – your guide will be taking you on a picturesque walking tour. Please note this tour will only be available with an English-speaking guide.
