There are twelve parking spaces for disabled visitors, accessed via Park Street. Please book these spaces at least 24 hours in advance.
Entrance is via the Turbine Hall or via the Blavatnik Building from Park Street.
To borrow a wheelchair or walker you can either book in advance or ask a member of staff on arrival (subject to availability). Reservation is free. There are four lifts in the Natalie Bell Building, by the main stairs on each floor. You can reach the lifts from the Turbine Hall. These lifts are being prioritised for people who are not able to use the stairs or escalators There are eight lifts in the Blavatnik Building, situated by the main stairs on each floor Two RADAR Key operated lifts link the South Entrance on Level 1 and the Ticket desks in the Turbine Hall on Level 0. RADAR keys are available from staff at the South Entrance on Level 1, and from the cloakroom and ticket desks on Level 0
Bags and items larger than cabin bag size (55cm x 40cm x 20cm) are not permitted in the building. Potentially dangerous objects are also not permitted. There is a left luggage facility at Victoria station.
