Yes. We have designed the park with accessibility in mind. There are some areas that have tighter spaces which may be harder to navigate around, however most areas have alternative routes for manual wheelchair use.

Yes. We have one manual wheelchair available to be pre-booked. It is first-come first-serve, so we advise contacting us as early as possible.

A room called Dazzle in the OUTERverse contains high contrast moving geometric patterns and will not be suitable for those who have photo-sensitivity or epilepsy so the bypass route should be used. Dazzle may also cause motion sickness or feelings of disorientation. The remainder of the experience (before and after the Dazzle room) incorporates low level, flashing and various moving lighting effects which some visitors may find triggering. For visitors with photo-sensitivity or epilepsy or those who cannot be subjected to strobe lighting, we recommend you contact us to discuss your specific needs before booking.

For health and safety reasons we cannot allow powered mobility scooters to enter the attraction. There is level access for powered chairs throughout the attraction, however there are some narrow areas and turning circles, so we ask that anyone with a powered chair visiting us brings with them a person to assist with navigation in the experience.

Your safety is our top priority at all times and there will be staff throughout the experience to help you. If you have any queries please do speak to them. The OUTERverse includes one slide in the room called Aetheria, which has been designed and extensively tested & checked by experts. We have created rules to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Please take a moment to review our Slide Safety Rules below: No riders under 5 years of age Riders must remove their shoes before going down the slide For hygiene reasons, no bare feet on the slide One rider at a time Do not attempt to stop on the slide Do not slide down head first Do not use if you have a history of neck or back problems or are suspected to be pregnant Exit immediately at the bottom of the slide No climbing the slide Wake The Tiger has no liability for any loss or damage arising on the premises If the slide is a little too daunting, don’t worry, there are stairs to the ground level.

We have a small car park on site, including limited blue badge spaces, available on a first come first serve basis. Wake The Tiger is a pay on exit car park with a payment machine situated inside our box office. Please note this is card only/contactless. Alternatively, you also have the option to use the ECPparkbuddy app to validate your parking. Up to 3 hours is £3.00. Each additional hour is £1.00. When our car park becomes full there is alternative parking at Bristol Fruit Market. This is at the top of Albert Road, charged at £5 for the day, and less than a 5 minute walk from us. Please note, the car park is only accessible during opening hours. Charges apply for release of your vehicle (or other mode of transport) outside of these hours.

Once you’re through the portal, we don’t offer navigation as we encourage exploration and self-discovery. The experience is non-linear and entirely self-led, so you can spend anywhere from 40 minutes to 4 hours in the park—it’s entirely up to you. At any point in your journey, you can take a break in the Guildhall Cafe Bar for some well-earned rest and delicious, fresh food and drink.

Yes. The Guildhall Café Bar offers a wonderful range of fresh, homemade & seasonal food available every day. Paninis, soups, cakes and sandwiches are available all day, whilst hot food from the lunch and dinner menus are available 11:00-18:00 daily. We also have a fully-stocked bar serving hot, cold & alcoholic beverages, plus some mouth-watering sweet and savoury treats. Items are subject to change as we source locally wherever possible. Please note The Guildhall is available for visitors of Wake The Tiger only.

Only food and drink purchased in The Guildhall Café Bar may be consumed on-site, other than baby food or for medical reasons, and no food or drink is allowed in the experience itself.

We do not have a cloakroom or lockers at this time, and visitors must keep their belongings with them at all times.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. The experience does include some dark spaces, lighting effects and soundscapes which could be scary for some more sensitive and very young viewers. That said we have had a number of adventurous young children who love their experience with us. Please note pushchairs must be left at the reception desk and we ask that babies be placed in carriers.

Only those aged 16+ can enter Wake The Tiger. Children younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note, only ticketholders can enter Wake The Tiger, including The Guildhall Café Bar.

We welcome assistance dogs and can provide bowls for them. These are provided at the Main Entrance. The nearest toilet area for assistance dogs is located in the park across the road from the attraction. Due to the nature of the venue, we are unable to permit entry to assistance dogs in training. Please note there are loud noises, mist effects and smells (nothing nasty!) that may be confusing for assistance animals. Assistance dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Only those with a ticket can enter Wake The Tiger (experience, toilets, cafe or gift shop).
Prams/Buggies/Pushchairs/Mobile scooters/Electric scooters cannot enter the experience due to the nature of the space within the experience. These can all be parked up in the box office on arrival.
