The tour is mostly wheelchair accessible, but some older sections of the building may not be. However, with prior notice, a concierge will accompany wheelchair users during certain parts of the tour, such as the auditorium, providing them with a tablet to watch a video on the substage machinery. Meanwhile, another staff member engages with them about the missed portions. If a wheelchair user can manage a few steps, they may access the Gallery and Royal Room, and their ability to navigate the tunnel is assessed individually. The tour pace accommodates the slowest person in the group.
